[CWB] installing on Hardy Heron

I got my hands on a Hardy Haron and tested the procedure, it works.

As I said in the previous e-mail, a couple of things changed in the CWB
source code though (i.e. different configuration file, editline now
compiles smoothly), so I updated the tutorial accordingly.

You can safely follow the online tutorial now, let me know if you have
any problems.
