[CWB] CWB/Perl modules: where can it be downloaded?

right, i did not mean to begin yet another discussion on what is the
best language...
but PHP is really, really suited to develop dynamic web interfaces,
and almost no one is using Perl/CGI for intensive web development in

I am interested! very much!
Please tell me if and how I can try it. I am a very bad Perl
programmer, so I basically don't really understand the CWB/Perl
modules. But I am much better with PHP.
