Initial Comment:
(a) alter the "new corpus" function to allow mySQL info on annotation / the settings.inc.php file to be created for an already-existing CWB corpus, ie same as now but not doing any indexing

(b) think of some way for the registry / data locations to be re-set on a corpus-by-corpus basis.

[probably easiest if defaults.inc.php overwrites the config.inc.php variable if a **different** variable has been set in settings.inc.php]
