[CWB] CWB::CQP::More - higher(?) level interface to CWB::CQP

Dear all,

Following my previous mail about CWB::CQP, created a CWB::CQP::More
module that subclasses CWB::CQP and adds some useful(?) methods.

It is not yet much tested. Still working on it.
I will be happy to offer any method to CWB::CQP, or to add any requested
new method to CWB::CQP::More.
