No, but CQP won't change it of its own accord (i.e. in any other way than by manual activation) -- so you just need to keep track of what you're doing with CQP, which is a good idea in general. ;)

Your script probably has some line that activates the corpus for the next query.  At this point, you know what the currently selected corpus is.
