[CWB] Micro-Patch to check if directory exists when encoding corpus

Hello

In attach a micro patch for cwb-encode. It checks for the directory
where to codify the corpus before trying to write any file.

Basically because when the directory does not exist the error

  Can't write .rng file for s-attribute <s>.

Is not self explanatory, especially when the user doesn't have a clue
where the file should be created.

With this patch, when using an unexistant directory cwb-encode will issue:

  Supplied directory </corpora/xpto> not available.

Patch was tested under MacOS X (Leopard) and Linux.
