[CWB] [PATCH] cwb-encode checking registry directory

Já agora,
   consegui finalmente por o cwb-align a funcionar com word-lists
      --> melhora bastante os alinhamentos (parece-me)

   Ou seja: qualquer dia vou realinhar tudo de novo (calma!! calma!!)
