Hi Stefan,

The "cmph" stuff is a minimal perfect hashing library:
http://cmph.sourceforge.net/
I intended to use this for indexing interesting structural attributes,
but it's not *really* needed. You can also comment out the two lines with
"Extension('cmph',..." in setup.py so that it doesn't try to compile
and install it.
