[CWB] [PATCH] Fix make depend under utils

A better approach for the moment might simply be to comment out the lines in utils/Makefile that relate to cwb-check-input (which doesn't work, even if it compiles). When I added that make rule I didn't really have a handle on the best way to deal with a library like Glib, alas, but now I have a much improved idea for how the whole thing will work.

PS Missing include in storage.c will be added back in my next commit (it was my typo that deleted it, oops! Thanks for spotting.) Note in general that things in the trunk are quite liable to get broken at the moment while rearrangements are made...

In my Mac 'make depend' will not follow correctly the header files
included by glib-2.0/glib.h.

With this patch, it will.

PS: yes, I know this glib is temporary. Do you wanna me to patch
configure to detect it and add the libraries to build variables?
