I suppose you're referring to the "target" and "keyword" anchors?

Nope, the output formatting options are quite limited.  The idea is that you would prefer to do any flexible reformatting outside CQP (in Perl, Python, ...) anyway.

There is "set ShowTargets  on;", which marks targets and keywords with a highlighted number appended to the respective token.  If you have a supported colour terminal, the number should show up in red; turn of colour ("set Colour off;") to show the number in parentheses instead.

This feature currently seems to work only in interactive screen ouput.  If you redirect the kwic lines into a file, the anchor tokens are not marked at all.
