[CWB] Negative constraints with cwb-scan-corpus

Does cwb-scan-corpus support negative regex constraints?

I know that things like

pos+0=/JJ.*/

work but the following do not:

pos+0!=/JJ.*/
pos+0~=/JJ.*/

Is there a trick I am missing or is it just not possible?
