Initial Comment:
cqp v3.4.4 with PrintMode sgml and PrintOptions hdr enabled crashes with core dump. Platform: Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits.
Here are the steps to reproduce it:
cqp -r <registry>
set PrintMode sgml;
set PrintOptions hdr;
