[CWB] Spam problem (hopefully) over

Hi all,

In light of the increased amount of spam to the CWB "Bugs" and "Feature requests" tracker, I have fiddled the settings so that posting to either now requires a SourceForge login.

I could probably have lived with the annoyance myself, but since both trackers propagate to the list, it was also annoying all of you. No more, I hope!

You can safely delete the last 8 mails from the list unread.
