[CWB] error "cqp: concordance.c:409"

Dear all,
sorry for the trouble, however, I don't understand this error and would require some help: I've just encoded an updated corpus (about 8 mill tokens) in utf-8 and then ran a macro on it. I wanted then wanted to write out the results (size of Last was 22878) into a file using cat Last > "file-name";

I got the following error message (this is reproducible):

cqp: concordance.c:409: remember this position:Assertion 'position_list' failed.

cqp aborts then and only 16316 matches are written into the file.

Now, is there a data error? If yes, where can I find it?
