[CWB] CEQL standalone code

Hi,
I am wondering whether there is any standalone CEQL Parser (in Perl or 
Php) which I can reuse for our interface (the parallel corpus ParaSol).  
I have tried teasing out the relevant code from CWB-Web, but did not 
succeed in getting the code to work properly. Is there maybe an easy way 
to do this?
