[CWB] cqpweb update 3.0.7->3.0.10

I only really update the doc when I make database changes between versions that need manually updating. There haven't been any database changes for .8, .9, or .10.

Is there something special in updating from cqpweb 3.0.7 to 3.0.10?  
The list of notes in the documentation (e.g. here:  
http://cqpweb.lancs.ac.uk/CQPweb-setup-manual.html ) ends with version 3.0.7.
