[CWB] CQPweb v 3.1.7

Hi all,

CQPweb v 3.1.7 is now in the SVN repo on sf.net. I don't normally announce new minor-versions to the list, but in this case there are two bits of news.

First, if you have been sticking with v3.0.16 until the bugs got shaken out of the 3.1 line, it is probably now safe to upgrade. (But you might want to take a backup of your MySQL database before doing so, in case catastrophe strikes and you need to roll it back.)

Second, in 3.1.7 I have started adding some experimental features that - unlike most functions - are not widely established tools but are just things I'm trying out. You might well not want these on your server esp. if it is open to the world. To hide my possibly half-baked ideas, add the following line to your config.inc.php file:

$hide_experimental_features = false;

... and you do not have to suffer through my learning curve.
