[CWB] updating cqp web from v3.0.16 to v3.1.9

I'm trying but it tells me:

Hi there, I'm getting this error when trying to acces the updated
version: 
 
 A mySQL query did not run successfully!
 Error # 1146: Table
'cqp.corpus_info' doesn't exist 
 
 I guess I have to create this table, but I can
not find the current script to do it, can you refer me to that file and if any other
too....
