[CWB] Problem with word lookup tool

Dear Andrew and all,

I'm running CQPweb 3.1.7 on Ubuntu x64 Desktop edition, and I've just
updated my svn repository to version number 561. 
Today, I tried to use Word lookup tool in CQPweb; however, when I entered
the Word-form that I wanted to look up and selected "starting with" option,
the application generated a blank screen. 
I also tried other options "ending with, containing the pattern that you
specified", but the result is the same.
I'm not sure about that the previous SVN versions have the same issue.
Has anyone run into the same problem?
