Alas, this essentially re-invents the CQP class from CQPweb, which likewise is designed for use within any program i.e. it has no dependencies on the rest of CQPweb. The CQP class also has, among other extras, one security feature that is missing from Maarten's implementation, namely use of query lock.

Subject: [CWB] PHP class for CWB/CQP

Dear all,

For people who want to embed CQP queries into a PHP-based website, the link below provides a very small PHP class that can interact directly with CQP rather than work via the CWB::CQP perl module. The class is a recent implementation in the CorpusWiki/TEITOK project, and likely still requires further functionality and beta-testing, but is fully functional and tested on several LINUX systems. It is not meant as an alternative for full-featured web-based interfaces like CQPWeb, but rather as a base tool to make it very easy to implement CQP queries directly into a PHP website.
