This is a known and fixed bug but I have not had a version stable enough since fixing itto put on a VM image release.... the next InABox will probably be after 3.2.8.
If you activate networking and use SVN to re-point the code to the 3.2.6 branch then update, the bug should go away.
Andrew.

Subject: [CWB] cwb-makeall error during indexing
Hi everyone,
I am having trouble indexing a little test corpus using CQPwebinabox
(latest version).
On http://imgur.com/a/jbKyN I left you 3 screenshots
- of my plain text file,
- of the entries in the 'New Corpus' template of CQPweb and
- of the error message received.
The error message here again inline for your convenience:
---
cwb-makeall reported an error! Corpus indexing aborted.
<pre>cwb-encode -xsB -c utf8 -d /var/cqpweb/index/example1 -f
/var/cqpweb/upload/example.vrt -R "/var/cqpweb/registry/example1" -P
pos -P lemma -S +id -S +id 2>&1 s-attribute <text> not declared,
inserted literally (file /var/cqpweb/upload/example.vrt, line #1,
warning issued only once). s-attribute <s> not declared, inserted
literally (file /var/cqpweb/upload/example.vrt, line #2, warning
issued only once). cwb-makeall -r "/var/cqpweb/registry" -V EXAMPLE1
2>&1 REGISTRY ERROR (/var/cqpweb/registry/example1): syntax error
REGISTRY ERROR (/var/cqpweb/registry/example1): Error parsing the main
Registry structure. Corpus EXAMPLE1 not found in registry
/var/cqpweb/registry . Aborted.</pre>

I'm assuming it's got nothing to do with my data since indexing the
data with the earlier version 'Carolina' worked perfectly fine for me.
(Thus, I was simply going to use 'Carolina' instead, but after
stumbling over another bug in the Carolina version trying to set up
the metadata table - I received a blank browser window after this
setup --> http://imgur.com/a/QbXtl -, I figured, I'd best ask for help
on the problem with the most recent version.)
Any ideas?
best
Benedikt
