[CWB] cwb-makeall error during indexing

Hello Andrew,

again, my problem with CQPwebinabox Desdemona:
after using SVN to export the cqpweb/GUI code (I don't have to fuss
around with the CWB or Perl codes, do I?) and replacing all the data
in /var/www/http with the newer version 3.2.6 I now successfully
updated cqpweb, however the makeall error remains:

---
CQPweb encountered an error and could not continue.

cwb-makeall reported an error! Corpus indexing aborted.
<pre>cwb-encode -xsB -c utf8 -d /var/cqpweb/index/pilotkorpus -f
/var/cqpweb/upload/pilot_upload.vrt.txt -R
"/var/cqpweb/registry/pilotkorpus" -P pos -P lemma -S +id 2>&1
s-attribute <text> not declared, inserted literally (file
/var/cqpweb/upload/pilot_upload.vrt.txt, line #1, warning issued only
once). cwb-makeall -r "/var/cqpweb/registry" -V PILOTKORPUS 2>&1
REGISTRY ERROR (/var/cqpweb/registry/pilotkorpus): syntax error
REGISTRY ERROR (/var/cqpweb/registry/pilotkorpus): Error parsing the
main Registry structure. Corpus PILOTKORPUS not found in registry
/var/cqpweb/registry . Aborted.</pre>
---

What could be the problem here?

best

Benedikt
