[CWB] CQPweb installation / POS frequencies

All these functions go through the script "exe/redirect.php"

Each corpus' web-folder "name_of_corpus" is a symlink to "exe"

And the actual link from the concordance menu is then to "name_of_corpus/redirect.php"

So, if you can't get to "name_of_corpus/redirect.php" it does indeed suggest that something is wrong with your symlink.

Again, there *should* be a message in your server log explaining what the cause of the blank screen was. It will probably be some kind of file-not-found message, due to the above.

Hope this helps,

best

Andrew.

A quick update: I was needlessly specific in the last message. In fact
none of the drop-down menu options for Frequency, Distribution, Sort and
Collocations work (leading to a blank page), whether on part-of-speech
searches or on word tokens. The same queries work fine on the local
machine, so could this be a result of the symlink I created to work
around the permissions question?
Best,
Graham.
