[CWB] CQPweb installation / POS frequencies

|Hello Andrew,
Am I right to think that I need to update CQPweb by cd-ing into 
/var/www/html/CQPWeb3.2.11/ then

svn co http://svn.code.sf.net/p/cwb/code/gui/cqpweb/trunk cqpweb ?

I've tried a simple svn up and php update-database.php but that made no 
changes.
Apologies for bothering you with this, but I'm a little nervous about 
any unforeseen consequences my inexperience might have!
