[CWB] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '../lib/config.inc.php'

Hi,

I'm on Linux Mint Debian Edition 2, with php already installed from 
repository. I copied CQPweb stuff into the DocumentRoot dir of the 
Apache server, which is usually visited via http://localhost:88/. When I 
tested with http://localhost:88/CQPweb/index.php that fatal error keeps 
popping up (blank page in browser). Should I re-download CQPweb tarball, 
or is that config.inc.php auto generated at some point during installation?
