[CWB] cwb-align-import -r issue

Thank you for your response Ruprecht.

Yeah I think the same but I don't find where* /usr/local/bin/cwb-s-decode-r*
is called in *cwb-align-import* script ( which is located into
/usr/local/bin/). Because I only execute *cwb-align-import* command, no
more.
