[CWB] alternative alignments

I have a question about sentence-aligned parallel corpora. Is CWB able to handle alternative alignments or would that confuse the system? I would have a corpus where a document is aligned to more than one document in another language and I wonder if i can include all links to all alternative documents to make it possible to seek through all of these alternatives.

I didn’t test this setup yet but first wanted to hear if that makes sense at all.
