[CWB] no emails from CQPWEB

You should contact the administrator of the cqpweb where you want to log in.

I had the problem at our local installation some time ago and it was  
resolved by configuring a mail proxy on the machine  (not in cqpweb,  
but on the system level). An increasing number of mailers only accepts  
mail from trusted mail servers, and not from arbitratry computers  
sending out mail, and a lot of confirmation mails were rejected.
