I think the install-script doesn't change the install location to the standard /usr/local tree, so this has probably done the beta install in /usr/local/cwb-3.4.13/, where it isn't found by the CWB::CL configuration.

You may have to edit config.mk to

	SITE=standard

before running the install script.
