[CWB] CQPweb most recent stable revision

v 3.2.31 is currently being worked on (improvements to keywords and distribution, mostly), but I am pretty sure I have not checked in anything that would break it; the half-rewritten bits are on my computer only. If I’m wrong do let me know!

Assuming I am correct it is safe to install the head version from the repo.

The one I updated today using svn is Ver 3.2.31. So I reckon that’s the latest stable version?
