[CWB] Latest working revision of CQPweb

Fixed now - sorry, these obvious errors shouldn't make it to repo, but when I am working on multiple machines (as now, perforce) matters get complex and the odd one can slip by me!

Dear all,

I'm installing from scratch CQPweb and I'm using the latest revision from SVN.

I managed to run everything apparently without errors. But when I try
to access the CQPweb main page I get an 500 error message. And if I
check apache's log I see that it seems to be an issue with a php file:

109.205.143.72:50999] PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected ')'
in /var/www/html/cqpweb/lib/html-lib.inc.php on line 298

I have no idea of PHP, but I've tried to parse the file and I get
several errors at line 258 like:

';' expected
'}' expected
expression expected

I don't mind to roll back to a previous version and follow the
installation process again, if a fix for this would take some time.
