[CWB] [CQPweb] Final step? Getting Apache to point at CQPweb's root directory

Hi Scott,
I use a simpler configuration, I just have one site enanbled and
available. The configuration you
have look all right, but at our site it is right in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf.
The site is than called via https://xxx.yyy.zzz.ww/cqpweb
i.e., cqpweb is not at the root of that site.
