[CWB] Error in sql-lib.php

Thanks for all your work, as always, Andrew.

I'm on a fresh install of revision 1208 and those errors no longer pop up.
I am getting a new one, though:

PHP Fatal error: 'goto' to undefined label 'jump_over_inactive_code' in
/var/www/html/cqpweb/lib/sql-definitions.php on line 100

And this one seems to cause real problems -- the default web page now
throws the following error:

CQPweb encountered an error and could not continue.

An SQL query did not run successfully!

Original query: select * from corpus_info where `owner` IS NULL order by
corpus asc /* from User: ??? | Function: get_all_corpora_info() |
2019-May-20 23:03 */

Error # 1146: Table 'cqpweb.corpus_info' doesn't exist

Cheers,
Scott
