[CWB] [CQPweb] Various issues

Hi Andrew,

I'm running revision 1212 of CQPweb, and I'm running into the following
errors. Error messages and backtraces are at the end.

*[1] /index.php?ui=manageAnnotation*

Attempting to update any of the five types of annotation metadata fails
with "No valid action specified for corpus administration".

*[2] /index.php?ui=manageMetadata*

Attempting to delete the metadata table for a corpus just hangs. No error
message and nothing in the Apache log.
