[CWB] Newest cwb: cwb-make ist gone, how to replace?

With the brand-new cwb we noticed that the program cwb-make is gone. We 
used it quite a
lot in our corpus building scripts, how to replace that? Is the 
functionality now in
cwb-make-all with some flags?

P.S. A few more programs seem to be retired, but as far as I know we 
didn't employ them in our scripts:
