[CWB] [CQPweb] Docker image of CQPweb

Dear all,
after three years I have finally updated the Docker image for CQPweb.
It is still based on the Docker version of r-base, so it comes with a
basic installation of R for your statistical needs. Since I was unable
to compile CWB libraries on linux/arm64 (I am on an Apple Silicon M1
and the Docker subsystem uses the same architecture), the image is
forced to use linux/amd64 as the operating system. It is perhaps a bit
slower due to the architecture mismatch (it is interpreted using
Rosetta 2), but it still runs fine; needless to say, it should run
flawlessly on native amd64 systems. You can find the image here:

The image also features the CWB perl tools, so it can be used to
encode corpora as well.

Happy corpus linguistics!
Luigi
