[CWB] Update difficulties

Hi Andrew.
Sorry about this late reply. My university's email server has decided
that CWB-related messages are spam :/ .
Your suggestion of "svn revert" worked, and "svn switch" ran as
intended, but I again had the php error

PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected '?' in
/var/www/html/cqpweb/bin/cli-lib.php on line 170

After having spoken about this with the tech at the university, the
suspicion is that this is because we're running Debian 8.0 and php 5.
Could you perhaps confirm, and suggest an optimal version of php for
what I'm aiming at (most recent 3.2.x)? The admin  manual says 7.3. Is
that still the case?
Best,
Graham.
