TXM has builtin English and French interface.<br>
In the 0.5 beta3 release, the platform installs itself first<br>
in the French interface, and then switches to the<br>
operating system locale in a postinstall process.<br>
Alas, on Windows, that process is broken, sorry for that.<br>
This is corrected in the final 0.5 release that will<br>
be put online tomorrow.<br>
