<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>Hi,<br><br></div>My web server's DocumentRoot is in /home/arthur/www_root, and CQPweb is a subfolder. I upgraded my OS from Ubuntu 17.04 to 17.10 a few days ago (not a total re-install), and now CQPweb isn't working. The CQPweb folders were unchanged after OS upgrade, and the access
policies to the folder and whatever is in it remain. The Apache
configurations are the same as well.<br></div><div><br> </div><div>The error.log says "AH02809: Options ExecCGI is off in this directory: /home/arthur/www_root/CQPweb/index.php", and the 403 HTML error says "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /CQPweb/index.php
