So if the docker image is purely for people who use CQPweb and install corpora via the Web UI, you no longer need the Perl modules. But it would be nice to provide them in case someone wants to do command-line work.<br>

Same reasoning as for my version of the CQPwebInABox VM: this is an opportunity to provide a fairly complete working environment for CWB, not just a standalone CQPweb server.<br>
