CQPweb frequency lists currently have to be tied to a corpus (or subcorpus, and thence to that subcorpus).

It would be usefult o be able to insert into the system frequency lsits derived from systems or corpora to which we don'thave access. EG, many byu.edu (as was) corpora allow anyone access to a freq list, but only hand out partial access to the underlying corpus dataset itself.

A system freqlist could be uploaded and specified as relating to a given p-attribute - either "word" or, some other handle and then, linked to it, a description, optinal tagset etc., like all "annotations" need to have.

That would then be available to all users that it is granted to as an option for "list 2" in keywords.

Optimum upload format would be TSV.
