[Sigwac] When will the next workshops or conference be?

Next SIGWAC workshop has just been agreed: it will be at
http://naaclhlt2010.isi.edu/ next June.  I'll be chairing it with help
from Serge Sharoff and Dekang Lin.   We'll be working out and posting
a date for the paper submission in early Jan.

Alain: project sounds very interesting, I hope you'll be submitting!
