[Sigwac] Survey: 9th Web as Corpus workshop (WAC-9) shared task panel discussion

Dear list members,

the 9th Web as Corpus workshop to be held on April 26, 2014, at EACL in
Gothenburg is coming up.

We would like to ask you to answer a few questions related to a planned
panel discussion about a potential shared task on the quality of NLP
tools (in the broadest sense) applied to web data. The shared task is
intended to follow the earlier CLEANEVAL shared task on web document
processing, and it would be part of one of the future WAC workshops.

Whether there will be a panel discussion and a shared task (as well as
which kinds of cleanups, normalizations, and annotations it could be
about) depends entirely on the feedback of the community.

In order to assess the interest in a shared task, we would like to ask
you to be so kind as to fill out a 1–2 minute survey (8 simple
questions) until Sunday, March 02, 2014. Please consider filling it out
even if you do not plan to attend WAC-9:
