[Sigwac] SIGWAC Elections

Dear SIGWAC members,

I would like to remind you that SIGWAC needs a new chairperson and a new secretary. Please come forward with nominations as soon as possible.

I suggest that we give it another one week until 9 October for nominations plus one week (until 16 October) for subsequent elections. I will have to release myself from all SIGWAC duties as of 17 October.
