The current version of CWB/Perl in the repository is for CWB 3.0, and your patches would break it.  I'm afraid we can apply them only when CWB/perl 3.0 has been completed and released, and the trunk/ version is updated for compatibility with CWB 3.2.

Hope to get around to this within the next week, but I'm totally overloaded at the moment.
