[CWB] New Win32 build available

Hi folks,

There is a new Windows binary build available on the Sourceforge site - I thought it was high time given the last one is still getting tons of downloads even though it's almost a year old. Windows users can therefore now update to 3.4.3. I will try to update more frequently in future.

As ever if you want to stay bleeding-edge on *nix it's better to use a check-out of the repository and keep it updated.
