[CWB] [CQPWeb] problem of memory

Dear all,

I have the following error message after installing CQPWeb on a new server:

You have probably run out of memory / address space!
Error Message: Cannot allocate memory
attributes:load_component(): Warning:
Data of REVCORP component of attribute word can't be loaded

Any ideas what it could be?
