[CWB] Setting up subcorpora

[Graham Ranger -- UAPV]

Here, inevitably, is the answer to my question, for documentary value only.
I was looking in the "Admin Tools" rather than "Create/Edit Subcorpora", 
from which I needed:
"Define new subcorpus via > Create a subcorpus for every text"
And that was it.
