As Andrew is probably going to tell you in a minute, this version of CQPweb is known to be broken and has been since February.  For technical reasons, Andrew was forced to commit a partially modified version to our SVN repository and hasn't yet managed to complete all the changes to reach a stable 3.2.27.

Your problem may very well be due to this situation.  You should try reverting your SVN copy to revision 924, i.e.

	svn update -r924

or export this revision in case you did not checkout a sandbox in the first place.
