[CWB] "Unexpected line outside text_id tags" error

I updated to 3.2.27, upgraded databases. When I told CQPweb to
"automaticaly run frequency-list setup", this error occurred

Unexpected line outside text_id tags while creating corpus
GXUN_MA_THESES__FREQ! -- creation aborted!

I checked the entire tagged corpus but found no word outside
<text>...</text> tags. What else can cause that error? Thanks.
